Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $100.00 in continental United States, EXCLUDING rods, blanks and other oversize items. We offer UPS for Rods and Reels due to delivery concerns. Small rods and reels will ship by USPS. All Rods and Reels require Signature Confirmation.

$25 flat rate shipping for rods and blanks. When ordering multiple rods and/or blanks, we will consolidate packaging. If the shipment price is lower than the actual shipping quote, we will refund the difference.

Shipping and delivery dates are based on the Availability of the items and the Shipping option. Orders normally take 1-2 business days to process for shipping. Random authentication via phone may take place for quality and customer security.

When ordering, please plan ahead as unforeseen delays, damage, or loss can happen with any carrier. For urgent orders, please contact us directly by phone prior for order placement so that we can accommodate your needs.

Shipping Department is open Monday through Friday from 9AM - 5PM ET and closed on all public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Only New and Unused items returned within 30 days of delivery qualify for refund or exchange. Original box, papers, parts, tag and other packaging have to be returned with the product in the condition they were received in. Spooled fishing reels are non-returnable & non-refundable. Refunds and exchanges will take place within a week after inspection.
