We're hiring!

We're looking for a driven and innovative graphic designer/media specialist to join our marketing team.

This role works closely with our sales and marketing team and combines strong content creation skills with effective distribution strategy of the said content.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

<Graphic Design>

Create various graphics used for website, social media/newsletters, in-store signage and more

<Media & Marketing>

• Photograph, film and edit various content both on and off-site
• Maintain filming and photography equipment as needed
• Distribute content throughout various online platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Website, etc
• Maintain follower/customer communications on various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team and partner brands to help plan and execute deals, events & etc.
• Communicate with retail and shipping team to update them on deals
• Newsletters - create, schedule and send newsletters as requested
• Blog Posts - create blog posts as requested

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have high school degree or equivalent
• Proficient in the following programs: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier OR Canva or equivalent video and graphic editing software
• Portfolio of related project(s)
• Must have basic fishing knowledge
• Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in marketing and/or media
• Proficient in video content creating and editing
• Must be an excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Must be fast-learning and adaptive
• Must provide reference
• Must be able to travel as needed (via car, boat & plane)
