Daiwa is pleased to announce a partnership with Winn Corporation in creating a new beautifully appointed series of saltwater rods, the Proteus Winn Boat Rods. The Daiwa exclusive new Winn Grip Wrap is both attractive and functional providing a sure grip that is firm and rugged.
The HVF Carbon Technology constructed blank is lighter and stronger than conventional materials, well suited for the demands of active, coastal fishing. X-45 Carbon Bias Technology resists twisting and distortion as the blank loads up, maintaining a bend accuracy whether casting or pulling on a fish. Fuji® FazLite Tangle Free K-Guides cast long and straight and refuse to hang-up while leaving a small footprint on the blank.
The innovative Fuji Back Stop Lock Nut System firmly attaches the reel and never backs off. Available with a black rubber butt cap or a gimble rubber butt cap depending on the angler’s needs. Shipping
Free shipping for orders over $100.00 in continental United States, EXCLUDING rods, blanks and other oversize items. We offer UPS for Rods and Reels due to delivery concerns. Small rods and reels will ship by USPS. All Rods and Reels require Signature Confirmation.
$25 flat rate shipping for rods and blanks. When ordering multiple rods and/or blanks, we will consolidate packaging. If the shipment price is lower than the actual shipping quote, we will refund the difference.
Shipping and delivery dates are based on the Availability of the items and the Shipping option. Orders normally take 1-2 business days to process for shipping. Random authentication via phone may take place for quality and customer security.
When ordering, please plan ahead as unforeseen delays, damage, or loss can happen with any carrier. For urgent orders, please contact us directly by phone prior for order placement so that we can accommodate your needs.

Returns & Exchanges
Only New and Unused items returned within 30 days of delivery qualify for refund or exchange. Original box, papers, parts, tag and other packaging have to be returned with the product in the condition they were received in. Spooled fishing reels are non-returnable & non-refundable. Refunds and exchanges will take place within a week after inspection.
