Position: E-Commerce Associate
Location: Rochelle Park/Paramus, NJ

Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive full-time E-Commerce Associate to join our Tackle World family. The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day operations within our e-commerce department, including listing and order management, customer service, inventory oversight and operational support. We're looking for a professional, motivated and committed individual who wants to grow with Tackle World.

Duties

• Day-to-day online order management, including shipping and delivery issues, order issues, returns and claims.
  
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail and messaging.
• Manage inventory by creating purchase orders, receiving, adjusting and troubleshooting when needed.
• Creating and managing product listings across all sales channels.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams to aid in sales campaigns and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of E-Commerce and assist with various departmental tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally over phone, e-mail and messaging
  
• Experience in Shopify, Amazon and/or Ebay preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative in solving problems.
• Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, responsible approach to daily tasks.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Must be comfortable working on PC
• Basic Microsoft Excel skill/experience
• Must provide reference
